Richard is a former property law and general practice Solicitor who has been with our office since 2003 as our Principal's, Jim Markakis's, personal assistant.
With a comprehensive knowledge of property law and the real estate industry, together with his broad range of skills, Richard's role in our office has grown over the years and is now very diverse.
Richard assistance ranges providing staff members and our Principal with advice on legal and compliance issues, drafting our monthly Newsletters, assistance in some accounting matters, drafting of legal documentation - through to assisting our Principal with the day-to-day running and administration of the office.
