I am writing to express my extreme gratitude for the support that I received at your office through Barbara Hunt. I have been looking to purchase a property in the Inner West, on and off, for the last three years. Never in that time have I received such consistent and professional support from an estate agent as provided by Barbara. She went to great lengths to find the right properties for me to inspect, which (as I am sure Barbara will attest to) was no easy feat for a very particular and hesitant buyer such as myself.
My only regret is that my eventual purchase was not through Barbara. It is my own fault that on at least two occasions I was not quick enough in taking Barbara's honest advice to purchase properties. I deeply regret not buying either property despite Barbara's concerned pleas that I needed to move more quickly. In sad retrospect, both would have been purchases.
The lesson I have learnt is that when I sell my house (or buy another), I will look to Barbara. I developed a very strong respect for her professionalism and honesty; respect that I have found difficult to grant in today's real estate market. In future I will not be hesitating to recommend them to Barbara Hunt as the right person to approach when looking to purchase a property.
