Complaints Handling
At Richardson & Wrench Newtown we take complaints seriously.
If you have a complaint to make about our agency please submit it in writing to our Licensee in Charge jm@rwnewtown.com.au
In your submission please include the agent’s name, specific details of the complaint setting out matters that are the subject of your complaint, and any supporting documentation.
We will contact you as soon as practicable to acknowledge receipt of your complaint, and then proceed to investigate the matter. Following this, we will appropriately respond in writing, in most cases within one week of receiving the complaint.
